Free to use

All tools are free for personal and business use, with no login and no usage limits. The site is supported by advertising.

Your files and your responsibility

Your files are processed on your own device and remain yours. Only process files you have the right to use. Unlock PDF removes a password only when you already know it. Signatures made with Sign PDF are simple electronic signatures; use a certified digital signature where the law requires one.

Check before you submit

Exam, passport and Visa presets are prepared carefully from official notices and dated, but rules change. Always confirm against the latest official notification before uploading.

No warranty

PDFtoOne is provided "as is". We work hard to make every tool accurate, but we can't guarantee results for every file. Keep a copy of your original files.

Our content

The PDFtoOne name, logo, Hummi the hummingbird, the website design, text, presets data and code are the property of PDFtoOne and protected by copyright and trademark law. Do not copy them without written permission. Open-source libraries we use remain under their own licences, listed on our security page and in our code.
